Joey Ward is the executive chef and owner of Michelin recommended restaurants Southern Belle and Georgia Boy in Atlanta, Georgia. An Atlanta native, Joey set his sights on becoming a chef at an early age. A James Beard Award winner and outspoken leader in the community, Joey’s passion projects include his service-inclusive model which aims for front and back of house pay-equity, rationale for a four-day work week, and dedication to the sustainability of the hospitality industry.
